Tom McPherson Brown was a pioneer Rheumatologist in America whose life research and clinical treatment supported the fact that all the different forms of arthritis had an underlying aetiology of L-Form of Micro-organism infection of the various mesodermal tissues. In considering this theory it can be postulated that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FM), involving mesodermal structures of the brain and muscles/soft tissues may have the same underlying infectious aetiology. Indeed, CFS and FM are frequently associated with arthritic and pre-arthritic conditions. This paper shows the summary of three case studies of patients with CFS/FM treated successfully with intravenous Minomycin and dietary modification in the short and medium term.
